Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars.

Shipping.

Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Witches Brew Hoof Oil will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Witches Brew Hoof Oil is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Witches Brew Hoof Oil will only supply orders within New Zealand.

Returns.

Witches Brew Hoof Oil takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products arrives with you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at witchesbrewhoofoil@gmail.com and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if received back at Witches Brew HQ in a new condition. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging.
